The extraordinary encounter with world-renowned jazz trumpter Terumasa Hino occurred while I was living and working in Bonita Springs, Florida. I was outdoors filming my flagship 'Best of Everything' Custom Dollhouse ($6,800) alongside custom preprietary-designed turntables ($2,500) when Hino bicycled past, stopped cold, and pulled out his trumpet. I have since relocated to Webster, New York, where I now operate a separate, master woodworking workshop dedicated exclusively to these luxury commissions.

Because I am a solo craftsman working out of my Webster workshop, I limit myself to just a few select builds per season to protect the quality. To lock in your design slot for 2026, I require a standard 50% retainer ($3,400) to secure your materials and place you on the workshop calendar.  I can send over our standard commission agreement and invoice today.

The AMERICAN FARMHOUSE DOLLHOUSE is meticulously hand-assembled with your choice of house and shutter colors, a selection of dyed wood roof shingles, white trim, and porch railings, and any color interior walls at $3,900. 

Make this dollhouse truly unique by requesting numerous à la carte room customizations such as wallpaper, stenciled and hardwood flooring, carpeting, fireplace, upgraded staircases with railings and banisters, and more doors and windows at additional costs. Custom Structural Additions are also available! 

The standard AMERICAN FARMHOUSE DOLLHOUSE dimensions are 34.5" Long x 25" Wide x 33" High. However, Structural Additions will increase the overall size.
