This is the original father's sketch of the "Elf On The Shelf" dollhouse that he wanted Heirloom Custom Toys to create for his son. We created it in a 1:6 scale and left it unpainted so his son could color it as he desired.(Sketch indicated a three-story structure blue swimming pool, green yard, and spiral staircase.)
